Text2PDF.online — Privacy Policy

Effective: August 14, 2025

BLE (Barak Laniado Enterprises, Tel Aviv, Israel) operates text2pdf.online (the “Service”). We designed it to run without user accounts and with minimal data.

1) Summary

• Files: Processed in memory where possible; deleted within 1 hour. Share links stored up to 24 hours.
• No human access to files except for abuse/security/legal cases.
• No PII storage beyond minimal operational logs.
• Analytics & ads only with consent where required.

2) What we collect

• Input/output files (temporary).
• Optional share links (PDF + token, 24 hours max).
• Minimal logs: hashed/truncated IP, UA, timestamps, events (30 days max).

3) Cookies

Necessary cookies run without consent. Analytics and advertising cookies only run with prior consent in required regions.

4) Retention

Files deleted within 1 hour (24 hours for share links). Logs deleted within 30 days unless required longer.

5) Sharing & processors

We use service providers for hosting, CDN, anti-abuse, analytics, and advertising (future). They must keep data confidential.

6) International transfers

We are based in Israel and may process data globally with appropriate safeguards.

7) Security

Measures include in-memory processing, encryption at rest for share links, TLS in transit, and abuse controls.

8) Your rights

You may contact us to exercise rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA-CPRA, or similar laws.

9) Children

Not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK/EEA).
