1) Service Description

text2pdf.online converts .txt, .rtf and .docx files (≤ 2 MB) to PDF. We may update the service at any time.

2) Acceptable Use

Do not upload illegal content, malware, or files that violate third-party rights. Automated abuse is prohibited; we use soft rate limits and hCaptcha.

3) Accounts & Fees

No account is required. The service is currently free; we may introduce optional paid features later.

4) File Handling & Storage

We process files in memory where possible. Converted files are deleted within an hour of completion. If you create a share link, the PDF is stored privately for up to 24 hours and then deleted automatically.

5) Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details on analytics, cookies, and how we handle data. We do not sell personal data.

6) Disclaimers

We provide the service “as is”, without warranties. We don’t guarantee that PDFs will look identical to the source, especially for complex layouts or unusual fonts.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8) Ads and Sponsorship

The service may display privacy-respecting advertising in the future, with consent controls available in cookie settings.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
